1. Data Minimization

We only collect what is necessary for the service. Our browser extension is strictly limited to capturing ChatGPT conversations that you choose to archive. We do not track your browsing history on other websites.

2. Storage & Security

Your conversations are stored in a secure, encrypted database. By default, all archived content is placed in your Personal Layer, which is inaccessible to anyone else, including AI Archive staff, unless you explicitly choose to share it.

3. No Search Indexing

We implement strict noindex protocols. Your private archives are never crawled by search engines. Even shared public content is managed to prioritize community discovery over general web indexing.

4. Right to Erasure

You have full ownership of your data. At any time, you can delete individual archives or terminate your entire account. Deletion is permanent and removes all traces from our active servers.
