This Refund Policy describes when Talk AIARCHIVE will issue refunds for paid plans. Where required by applicable law, legal consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.
1. 15-day refund window
We offer a 15-day refund window starting from the time of your initial paid purchase (the “Refund Window”). Refund requests submitted after the Refund Window are generally not eligible, except where required by law.
2. Conditional refund eligibility
Because Talk AIARCHIVE includes a public library with public reading and commenting, refunds during the Refund Window may be conditioned on your use of public features.
Automatic approval during the Refund Window applies if both conditions are met:
- You have not shared any conversation to the public layer, and
- You have posted no more than 10 public comments in the public layer.
If either condition is not met, we may decline automatic refunds. You may still contact support and we will review your request case-by-case where appropriate.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@talkaiarchive.com from your account email address. Include your purchase details and the reason for the request.
4. Processing
Refunds are processed according to the policies of our payment provider and may take time to appear on your statement. We may ask for additional information to verify your request and prevent abuse.
5. Lifetime plans and recognition benefits
If a lifetime plan includes a “Fellow #<rank> (first 1000)” badge or similar recognition, that designation is a non-investment pledge and recognition feature only. It does not grant financial returns or ownership rights and is subject to applicable law and availability.
